Since the Solar Generation 500 mW system was installed in May of 2020, there has been a 573,412 lb offset of CO2 equivalent to 2,971 trees. The first full year generated 518,456 kw (518 MW).

$61k of bonus pay was provided to employees specifically to offset rising fuel costs and decrease the burden of transportation to and from work.
Employee turnover rate decreased to 17.8% in 2022 compared to 24.2% in 2021. While Webb maintains a natural turnover rate of 10-11% due to retirement and performance-related issues, we believe a decrease of 6% in employees choosing to leave on their own to work elsewhere is an accomplishment worth celebrating.
