Webb Chemical Service Corporation is proud to announce that it has earned a Silver Medal from EcoVadis, the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. Webb previously earned the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, so this recognition shows the company’s continued progress. It places Webb among the top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis worldwide.
EcoVadis has assessed more than 150,000 companies around the world. Its ratings look at four areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Moving from Bronze to Silver reflects real improvements across Webb’s operations, including safer working practices, stronger environmental stewardship and more responsible purchasing throughout the supply chain.
For Webb’s customers, the Silver rating gives independent, third-party confirmation that they’re working with a distributor committed to responsible business practices. That matters more and more as companies look for sustainable partners across their own supply chains.
Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Muskegon, Michigan, Webb Chemical is a privately owned, full-service chemical and food ingredient distributor. The company operates according to its core values of safety, integrity, being relationship-focused, results-oriented, and fostering a culture centered on family and fun. Webb is committed to building on this achievement as it continues its sustainability journey.
Congratulations to all of our coworkers for earning this honor!
