SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
Though it has been a part of our founding principles from our beginning in 1963, in 2021 Webb Chemical started a journey of documenting how we exist as a positive influencer in a world experiencing pandemics, natural disasters, and geopolitical conflicts. We have observed firsthand that a human’s ability to flourish is compromised when we pursue individualized wants rather than communal needs. Humankind is better when we work together.
We are charged to do a job, but through that job we desire to achieve an abundance, an excess of wealth measured not by dollars but by the benefit we can provide to our broader communities.
We are a team of people who desire to have Fun, operate Safely, deliver Results with Integrity, prioritize our Families, and grow Relationships.

Social
For the benefit of our employees and their families, we invest in our community as we invest in our operations. Community Investment and Outcomes are driven by paid employee volunteering at non-profits of employee choosing and financial contributions towards community festivals, non-profits, and beneficiaries. In 2019, 2020, and 2021 Covid impacted volunteer opportunities, but Webb chemical responded with increased financial contributions to sections of the community hit hardest by COVID.

Bonus Pay
$61K
$61k of bonus pay was provided to employees specifically to offset rising fuel costs and decrease the burden of transportation to and from work.
Employee Turnover Decrease
6%
Employee turnover rate decreased to 17.8% in 2022 compared to 24.2% in 2021. While Webb maintains a natural turnover rate of 10-11% due to retirement and performance-related issues, we believe a decrease of 6% in employees choosing to leave on their own to work elsewhere is an accomplishment worth celebrating.
91% of employees Agree or Strongly Agree that Webb is a good place to work – 2022 Employee Opinion Survey
